Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with the Zero to Finals Members site. We may offer a refund at our discretion if:

  • You experienced a clear technical issue that prevented access
  • You immediately change your mind after reviewing the content of the site

A full refund can be arranged if requested within 48 hours of any transaction. You will lose access to the site when a refund is arranged.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time, and you will not have any further charges. You will still have access to the site until your next subscription charge is due. 

For example, you could sign up on 1st January and immediately cancel your subscription renewal. Your subscription will not renew on 1st February, and you will not be charged again. You will still have access to the site throughout January.
